Studio Mobile Hours:  Monday - Saturday 9 am - 11 pm EST

                          Sundays (Closed) 

(All bookings and Extended hours are by appointment ONLY)

Payment  

 

-Forms of Payment: Cash, Money Order, Cash App, Google Wallet, Pay Pal Transactions, and Zelle

-Swipe machine is available at the studio also. There's a 3% service charge for all debit and credit cards!!

  • A 50% deposit will be required to confirm all studio bookings.

  • The deposit must be received at least two (2) days prior to the session.

  • Full payment for materials and fees are due and payable immediately following the completed session.

  • No recorded or mixed (rough or full) media including Audio or Data will be released to the client until all open accounts have been settled and paid in full.

  • Due to the increase activity of scams and identity theft, there will be a verification process for all card transactions.

 

For Paypal payments

Cancellation / Start-End Time / Late Arrival

 

-A 24 Hour cancellation notice is required for time booked.  If client fails to give proper notice within the 24 hours then deposit will be forfeited.

  • The session clock begins at the scheduled session start time that both parties agree on. If you arrive early and the studio can accommodate an early start, then the session clock will begin at that early start time.

  • Each session ends 15 minutes before the scheduled time in order to bounce down recorded material and session files.

 

Media / Data Storage 

  • Clients are responsible to back up all session files on a personal external hard drive at the end of their session. 

  • Sound Resort Studios does not store session data on the studio hard drive after the session is complete.   It is recommended the client backs up all session data on a personal external hard drive.  

Equipment

 

-Please understand that damages to equipment by client or anyone in client's party will be assessed and added to the clients invoice.

 

-If there is some equipment that you require that we do not have available you may bring it yourself.  A list of equipment can be given upon request.
